1. (solo) Set aside time this week for you to think about the need for solitude in your life. (Experientiali)



2. (solo) Write down why you don’t like solitude. Observe your list - is there something you are avoiding and not wanting to face? (Instructional)



3. (solo/prayer partner) Turn these issues into prayer and ask God to help you work through them. (Spiritual) Share with your prayer intercessor to pray for you in these areas as well.



4. Read I Kings 19:9-18 and the conversation God had with Eliah. What lesson(s) do you learn (Instructional)



3. (group) Build solitude in your life - daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. Share your plan with your group (Relational)



4. (solo) Get out to a quiet place; go to a private room; and be still before the Lord and listen. (Experiential)
