This is a team project and has two related parts followed by a creative presentation.

A. Each team member should think of a situation in which your life and/or ministry was affected by the presence of good leadership.

In your teams discuss each of your individual situations. Identify and discuss the individual elements of leadership that affected you in a positive manner. Use any relevant models of leadership you can think of. Be specific in your comments.

Also, describe specific ways in which the situation may have been improved by better leadership. There is always room for improvement!

B. Now, think of situations in which your life and/or ministry was affected by the absence of good leadership and/or the presence of bad leadership. Every team member must share specific situations.

Identify and discuss the individual elements of leadership that affected you in a negative manner. Again, use any relevant models of leadership you can think of. Be specific in your comments.

Also, describe specific ways in which the situation may have been improved by better leadership.

C. Now prepare a group presentation in which you share the fruits of your analyses and discussions.

Using some of the following creative media – Power point presentation, poster, collage, sculpture, mime, song, skit, drama, video, sound recording, costumes, etc., – demonstrate your conclusions to the entire cohort.
