Biblical Leaders Project (Module 3)

This is a team project and has two related parts with a final written assignment.

A. Choose one biblical leader (apart from Jesus) who exemplifies good leadership.

Identify and discuss the individual elements of leadership that are positive. Use the “5-C” and the “5 Practices” models of leadership as you do this. Be specific in your comments.

Also, describe specific ways in which your chosen leader’s influence might have been improved by better leadership. There is always room for improvement!

B. Now, think of a biblical leader who exemplifies bad leadership.

Identify and discuss the individual elements of leadership that are negative. Use the “5-C” and the “5 Practices” models of leadership as you do this. Be specific in your comments.

Also, describe specific ways in which your chosen leader’s influence might have been improved by better leadership.

C. Write a 800-1000 word paper that summarizes your findings.
