B. Now, using the various models of leadership that you know (as well as everything you've learned in ConneXions), please analyse the leadership that was demonstrated by:

• The Black leaders.

• The White leaders.
  

• The Church leaders - both Black and White.
  

Please look for elements of both good and bad leadership demonstrated by all groups.
In your analysis suggest ways that each group could have done better. Please focus on leadership issues, avoiding the temptation to deal with social issues except where they directly relate to pertinent leadership issues.
As you discuss the event, please be sensitive to the African brethren in your midst. This event is a profound part of their recent national history.

C. Write a 800-1000 word team paper that summarizes your findings.

D. When all the final papers are finished, each team should give a verbal presentation of their findings to the whole cohort, ending with a cohort discussion.
